The project is located in the northeast of the beautiful Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula, with beautiful bays, dense mangroves and ecological wetlands. With a total construction area of 70,657 square meters, it is a comprehensive venue integrating swimming pool, badminton court, training hall, grand theater, cultural center and library. The design pays attention to the overall functionality, but also takes into account the sense of the times and culture of the space form, and pays attention to the application of new design techniques.

Peng Xiaohua graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology, majoring in art design. Good design should reflect and compare ancient and modern cultures and Chinese and foreign cultures. Whether it is the tulou in song and Yuan Dynasties or the lagonia city-states in ancient Greece, openness and communication are needed if they are to become classics for a long time. Good architectural design should be instructive for people, in addition to a complete works have certain recognition and focus, users have to interpret metaphor, the space of express and focus are smart contains the local humanities and tension, to the local culture as the focus to enlarge and extend. Only with these can users have interest in the space, so as to interpret the space, and space dialogue, finally resonate.
